Cebu Stamp Club's "Selyo At Kasaysayan.. A Retrospective of Filipino Heroes Through Stamps" opened at the Library lobby of Silliman University, Dumaguete City last August 23-26, 2008 and at the Lower Ground Floor of SM City Cebu on August 28-31, 2008.
